1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ForDev.tools LLC ("ForDev.tools", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ForDev.tools website, desktop applications, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

ForDev.tools provides a platform for developers to:

• Access and use a collection of developer tools and utilities
• Create custom tools using our SDK and development framework
• Share and distribute tools through our marketplace
• Sync tools and configurations across multiple devices
• Access the Service through web browsers and native desktop applications

The Service includes both free and paid features. Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. User Content and Custom Tools

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, tools, or materials you create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6.2 Marketplace Submissions

If you publish tools or content to our marketplace, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and our content guidelines
• Your content does not contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ForDev.tools LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time with reasonable notice.

8.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8.3 Refunds

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORDEV.TOOLS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForDev.tools LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ForDev.tools LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
